「The staff was so pleasant and accommodating. My mother had been ill, and we required additional sanitizing, towels and just extra care. Mary was excellent and so helpful. 「Very nice and clean rooms. We would definitely stay again but it would be nice to have included breakfast. We sat at the restaurant that's connected for 20 minutes and nobody served us so we left. 」

「This is a great property! Close (walking distance) to shopping and restaurants, and an easy on/off the highway. It is bright and clean. I also love that there's a bar and restaurant in the restaurant! I would like to highlight the night front desk gentleman, Mike. The air was not properly working in our room. When I called down to ask about it, he was extremely kind and courteous, came immediately up to our room to check to see if he could get it working. When he could not get it to work...

「It’s a basic and decent hotel. No bells and whistles and definitely does the job. It could use some updates. The TVs don’t allow for streaming, the toilet paper holder was broken and barely hanging on, but again, it definitely and ok hotel. 」

「The property was clean, and newer-looking. The location was great. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Easy access. A lot of amenities around. Breakfast was surprisingly lacking. I would use this hotel again anytime I travel to Louisville. 」
