"The lady at the front desk for evening/night check ins was absolutely wonderful! After that however, the TV was setup for streaming, but it would never connect to the internet so we couldn't use it. The water took a LONG time to get hot and then didn't last long. The morning we went to check out our door was blocked by the house keeping cart, the door across the hall was open, they were sitting in that room and came to move the cart when they realized we were there. Overall it was ok."
