「It was a nice stay overall. Excellent location where I could visits all the spots on foot. The staffs there were nice and helpful. The room was clean (just the light was a bit dim). I enjoyed the breakfast on the rooftop very much. By the way, the tax charge stated on Hotel.com was incorrect MAD19.8 per person night, but turned out MAD30 instead) which made me a bit confused during check-out. Kindly amend the information. 」

「We paid for a superior room to have a balcony. Our room was tiny with no balcony (when you opened the wardrobe doors they touched the bed). We should have had a mini bar. No mini bar or balcony. When we spoke to the manager we’re told they have 3 superior rooms and we had 1, only 1 has a balcony and you have to email to request it. But we paid the same and got a standard room. Lovely to have the rooftop pool but very few beds so you were lucky to get one and in October the pool, although...
