"Our patio door would not open and I had to call a technician. I got a shock from the bathroom vanity light. The hotel was OK but there is room for improvement. The service at the Italian restaurant was very slow. We had to ask for basics."

"Everything was great! Pools were nice, only thing is food is super repetitive and even if you paid for your buffet you’re not allowed to fill up your water bottle while it’s 40+ degrees out and I thought that was a bit bizarre. It’s just water."
