「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. 「We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. Hotel was in a lovely quiet neighbourhood 2 minutes from the beach. Not far to walk to nice breakfast spots like Petit Nola and Lily’s to watch the world go by. Hotel...

「Schönes Zimmer mit Blick aufs Wasser, jedoch war es ungewöhnlich, durchs Badezimmer ins Zimmer zu gehen, alles dadurch sehr hellhörig im Zimmer. Fassade aussen zum Wasser könnten mal überarbeitet werden. Frühstück sehr gut, nur der Kaffee/Capu ist gruselig und der frische Orangensaft fehlt. 「Lovely hotel, nice breakfast buffet, lovely staff, very spacious room, but pack a sleep mask because if your room is at the front of the hotel all the garden lights mean your room never gets dark. The light bleeds around the top of the curtains and into the room. Also the pillows are very very soft. We liked the hotel but struggled to sleep. 」
