"Everything was okay. Lots of families with small kids running the hallways and all over the pool and hot tub areas. Breakfast selection was nice. Checking in and out went smoothly. "

"Not what I expected! Floor was uneven in room and shower. Rubber shower dam is directly under the shower curtain allowing floor to get very wet! Connecting room doors are not sound proof! Mattress was low and very well used. Coffee maker is 12 cup and packets provided are 4 cup. Buttons on coffee maker worn off so didn’t know which buttons to use. Overall, it seems these rooms are cheaply built, not like the balcony view, luxurious rooms pictured on the property website!"

"The room was clean however the Waterpark was not attached to the room buildings also nothing was included with the room purchase except the Waterpark. It appears to be an old super 8 type hotel that they went in and but in New decor in the rooms. "
