「Loved everything about this hotel」

「Our stay fell far below expectations for an all-inclusive resort. Most restaurants were closed, food options were extremely limited, and the concierge was unable to secure a required restaurant reservation. Service was inconsistent, and liquor availability varied by location. Housekeeping was a recurring problem. 「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A True Hidden Gem in Barbados! We spent three wonderful nights in the Serenity Room, and the name truly sets the tone. Owner Ann Marie has meticulously crafted every room and detail to create a unique experience that far exceeded our expectations. The property is filled with uplifting and inspiring messages that gently remind you to live life fully and enjoy every moment. The made-to-order breakfast was absolutely to die for—fresh, delicious, and prepared with care. A special thank you...

「The room had a nice Jacuzzi in it. The staff was helpful and friendly. However the hotel need a little shop to sell few items. Also, the rooms seems old. A little upgrade on rooms, like the tiles for bathroom, sliding doors need replacing or servicing and the dresser. Also, the pillows were worn out. The shower was either hot or cold, it didnt seem to have a balance. Just a little work on the rooms and it will be a good hotel.」

「All the amenities you can possibly need in a apartment style room at a very affordable price. Very clean property, close the beach and many restaurants and bar nearby. Staff were very helpful, friendly and provided complimentary early check in and late check out. Will definitely visit again.」

「I loved majority of the staff they were so sweet and helpful with a great spirit」

「Was only one night but was fantastic!」
