"It’s a magical hotel to stay at during the winter holidays. The decorations are dreamy. Our room view on the 18th floor was stunning. The customer service was excellent. Our 3 years old enjoyed the treasure hunt throughout the castle. We were just very disappointed with the Holiday Brunch, for the same price or less we’ve had much more lavish brunches at the Renoir at Sofitel Montreal and at the Casino of Montreal. Overall it was a great family experience. "

"The apartment is fabulous, so clean and neat. We were wowed by how beautiful it is - modern yet classic. But the area surrounding has multiple homeless shelters and it felt unsafe certain times. We were yelled by a street musician/homeless person to fxcking go back to China on the street of the loft. I live in Toronto so not a stranger to homelessness and don’t live in a bubble - but the degree of problem here is still quite the shock. If you identify as visible minority please consider other areas to stay."
