Abbiamo apprezzato molto il servizio biciclette (con tanto di seggiolino per la nostra bambina) e le brioche della colazione. 」

「無論你有冇掛請勿打擾既牌起門外，有會有人入房清潔，所以一定要鎖行李箱，拖鞋丶沐浴露、洗頭水都是不提供的，所以記得自備。 房間相對較小，有提供早餐，床褥和枕頭挺舒服的。」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
