"This was my third stay at this location in a year. The Executive Club King room is always luxurious great amenities like a pillow menu, the pantry breakfast is like visiting Epcot. Food from around the world always tasty and a great variety. Special details like the omlette bar, pastry station, and foods rom around Asia. The star though is the nightly cocktail hour at the Executive club lounge with high end cocktails, gourmet appetizer and an incredible view from the roof top bar. We always enjoy their spotless pool and their well appointed gym. Take advantage of the discount for hotel guests and visit the best spa in Manila Devarana Spa for massage treatments that are relaxing. The location of the hotel in the heart of Makati across the street from SM Mall makes dining out and shopping convienent. Finally the staff is always helpful, and caring. Can't recommend this hotel enough. "

"The room was clean & the location was great! You are surrounded by good places to go shop & dine around BGC. Most importantly, our contact, George, was amazing! He was very thorough with directions with the ins & out of the unit. George was quick to reply with our questions; most importantly, he was very accommodating when we needed a place to leave our luggages after check out time! It was a nice experience for my kids and I!"

"I really like the Ortigas location. The SM Mega Mall is just a short walk and they pretty much have everything in that mall. Just around the corner is a Starbucks, Jollibee, Pancake House, Laundry service, and the train station. The room is very small and simple but functional for a short stay and at a very good price. Shampoo/bodywash was provided and the rain shower showerhead was great. There is a filtered water dispenser in the lobby for hot and cold water. There is a restaurant attached to the building that was open for breakfast to dinner. Security guards on the job 24/7 at both front and back door. I do have to stress that the rooms are small...like a cruise ship interior room but I was by myself so it was fine for me."
