I was a little disappointed that breakfast was not complimentary but other than that the hotel is very clean, well maintained and friendly staff. We met this wonderful young man "Kiko Agustin" who was attentive to our needs and even hailed a taxi for me and my husband.

Hotel staff was ve ry accommodating to me when i arrived. I was upgraded to a little bigger room which worked out better than i expected. The staff manager during the day greeted me when i arrived and handled my check in perfectly. The room service was excellent in their prompt service of items needed. Thanks for the service. Arranged shuttle pick-up since I was arriving late. Staff vwry helpful went I called to clarify pick-up location. Hotel very secure. Felt very safe. Room was very clean and comfortable. Will be staying again soon. Looking forward to return trip.

Wow talk about Filipino hospitality and this Westin shows it. Very friendly staff, all smiles. Convenient and walkable location to upscale shopping to shangri-la and the huge SM Megamall. All walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The Hotel itself has a selection of restaurants from common breakfast or a fancy rooftop dinner. I will honestly stay again.
