「The room wreaked of mold and gave us extreme headaches. We didn’t want to sleep in our pajamas so we slept in our clothes and showered in the morning so we could head right out. The shower wasn’t horrible, but wasn’t good either. The towels just seemed not something we wanted to use but we had no choice. Check in was easy, but no help with bags and had to hike all our bags up a lot of stairs. Room is large, but the smell and visible mold was way too much. 」

「Place is okay but they are not flexible with regards to early check in. I waited 2 hours on the curb outside even though nobody was in the room. I complained but they just follow the rules regardless and don’t try to help their customer.」

「We really enjoyed our one night stay here prior to embarking. The space is clean and perfect for two people. Felt safe behind both our door and the gates to the property. The area feels very local, and provided a good walking spot to explore during the day. Only minor complaint is the bed was a little firm (partially our preference), and would be better with more pillows in addition to the decorative ones. 「Room, amenities, and location were great. I paid extra for late check out and twice had staff members show up to my room after 11am (one staff member came into my room while I was still here). I don’t think communication was very clear. 」

「House was a great location. Just beautiful. However, the hammocks were old and rotting, would have loved to use them. Hot tub was not in a location that we felt comfortable using since it was by the driveway. My only other issue with the property is everything from the showers to the main toilet and all the ceiling fans were impossible to reach. Even my son at 6’ had trouble reaching. Definitely recommend longer chains and maybe a stool in the bathroom. 」
