「In this hotels defense, they had no power due to an outage caused by a tornado a day earlier. We had no idea before we got there that they had no power. There were no vacancies in near area that had power. Couldn’t tell if the place was clean as there were no lights. No emergency lighting for the hallways so we had to use our phones to see in the hallway and room.
