The hotel is close to the octagon, Settlers Museum and supermarket, all an easy walk. Room was comfortable with kettle tea and coffee and creamer. Also has a lovely courtyard where you can enjoy a beverage and cigarette. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Dunedin. "
