Beautiful room and wonderful experience

This was a lovely apartment! It had everything that we needed. We had contact-free check in and check out and it was very simple. Parking was right there and the room was perfect.

Nice place

We were arriving late so I had to contact the property which wasn't the easiest as there was no answer but then I got a message asking to text instead. After that it was pretty straightforward and they arranged the arrival to accommodate our late flight. It would have been nice to have blackout curtains or blinds as the light from outside the unit was shining in and made it difficult to sleep.

Could be better but ok overall

Lovely room but getting a little rough round edges - rusty shower head, grout/shower needs a good clean, bathroom door really squeaky - surely anyone Setvicing the room hears that really metal on metal squeaky door every time they go in??? stayed for four nights, first day got fresh towels beautifully rolled up on bed, second day got a really rough smaller towel left on side, third and fourth day no new towels. Bed wasn’t made up any of the four days which was fine but just saying for anyone expecting hotel/motel type service Interconnecting room doors are not sound proofed so if the guy Nextdoor is snoring you know about it. Nice location tucked away - good little kitchenette good quality furnishings I stayed in the car park units if that helps with your choice. Overall good but expensive for what it was really. I stay away around 100 days per year and although I’d stay again I’d maybe try an end unit rather than the middle one. Only thing room was lacking was an armchair - when staying for a few nights it would be a bonus as sitting on dining chair not relaxing or you’re sitting on bed. Suspect no room due to interconnecting room access.

Convenient for us

As family live on same street, was convenient for us when not enough room at house. As it was winter, hard getting room warm enough (small heater on wall, not a heat pump) and only 2 thin blankets on the bed. Would prefer having a sheet over top of them as concerned that they are not washed between guests. No info book in room and wifi on a tiny piece of paper on table, with key.

Was nice apart from the bits of mould around the window and the door needs a pull down blind on it due to light shining through in the morning. Spare blankets would be good too as the heater took at least 12hrs to warm the room up.
