「Only thing I was upset about was the tv didn’t work and staff could not fix it, but other than that worth the money, also nothing around there to but beach nice and ok with going 30 min to get to stuff then it’s perffect」

Las personas que atienden son muy amables y cabe destacar que la comida es deliciosa. Desayunamos y almorazamos en el hotel, totalmente recomendado si se quieren relajar en manzanillo. 「Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. The aesthetics of the hotel is very nice.After 1 day our ac unit broke, they tried to fix but wasn’t cooling so I asked to switch rooms. Once we moved into the new room unpacked again we found cockroaches. They came and sprayed when we left the room. When we came back there was a strong odor from whatever they did we had to leave the door open for a few hours to refresh the room. We were too tired...
