「Great breakfast. 」

「The TV in the room went in and out the both nights there. Plus there was a dirty water smell in the lobby. Like they used dirty mop water to clean the floor.」

「I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with any questions or requests. Their excellent customer service made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The breakfast was also a highlight of my stay, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options each morning. Everything was well organized and replenished regularly.」

「The facility was very clean. Our room was spacious. Bed was worn out and very lumpy! People above us had children that kept running and jumping on the floor. When I called the desk I was told they couldn’t guarantee the guests would quiet down throughout the night. Was told they could not do anything until quiet hours(10pm) and the only thing that they could do was move US to a different room. My husband was scheduled for surgery this morning and needed a good nights sleep. Highly disappointed...

「1. I booked a room online, which stated there were no additional fees. However, upon check-in at the hotel, they demanded an extra fee for processing check-in! 2. Every morning from 8 to 9 a.m., when you're still asleep, a strange man with a full beard vigorously knocks on your door! And when you refuse to get up, he even unlocks your door without your consent! When I asked him why, he didn't provide a reasonable explanation! He kept asking if I had thirty dollars, and if I wanted to exchange...

「Love staying here when we go to Nashville. The rooms are very clean the staff is very friendly. Paul is the manager and he remembered us by name from the last time we stayed. They have a new lady at the front that is super friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.」

「I love their atritude and accomodations for pets. My TV and AC did NOT work. But the friendliness of staff superceeded that inconvienance」

「A couple of troubling things here. 1. Upon check-in, they practically insisted that we do a $25.00 deposit in CASH. In the morning when we were attempting to leave at 8 am, they told us that their office doesn't open until 9. We were not able to wait that long ... and after asking firmly 2 times, they finally came after a 15 minute wait. 2. The sheet on one of the beds had a hole bigger than the size of a hand. I called front desk, and they did provide an alternative flat.」

「Very clean room but was told at check-in to keep bathroom door closed when showering or steam may trigger fire alarm. Also microwave didn’t work, no soap, room temperature nor refrigerator was prepped for room occupancy 」

「Room was a little dated. Bed was comfy but customer next to us had an animal that barked during the night.」
