For as little as it costs, I thought this motel was quite nice. Quiet and comfortable, and located in Goodlettsville, away from the city.

Awesome hotel

My stay was awesome. The desk clerk at Somatel was very nice the whole time I stayed there. The rooms were clean and nice. I recommend Somatel hotel to anyone to stay there. 😁

Went back to the room to get shoes and they didn’t change bedding the gentleman remade the bed with the cover I slept on. Makes me wonder if the sheets I slept on was from previous guest. Just disgusting. I will never come back there😡

Misleading

First of all, the pictures that they have on the Hotels website are not actually of the hotel. I don't know where the pictures are from but they are not of the hotel. Second, the Hotel is in serious need of updating. Everything is old and in poor condition, such as stains and cigarette burns in everything. This establishment is well below the star level that they are claiming.

We were put in a hotel room that smelt like nothing but cigarettes and arm pits. Our bed sheets were disgusting, and our comforter had smoke cigarette holes all over! Horrible!

it took 2 people like 20 minutes to get me checked in and I had a reservation...then I went without socks or shoes in the room that night and when happen to see my feet I couldnt believe how black and dirty they were...they must never mop them floors.

This was the creepiest, nastiest hotel I’ve ever attempted to stay in! There were vagrant’s wondering around the parking lot, the man at the window was incredibly rude at check in, and to top it off several officers were arresting people as we left! We walked into the nasty room which smelled rancid and contained a mini fridge covered in mold, and immediately began making calls to be refunded our money. We only stayed about an hour at this place. The pictures online are not of the actual hotel!! It is not 2 stories or even remotely clean. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
