I truly enjoyed my stay. Super quiet AC, helpful staff, free coffee in the morning, walkable to shops and dining. The only thing: they put together in one category the rooms with one queen bed and rooms with 2 twin beds, and may not have the one you need. I found it annoying: how difficult it is to separate them into 2 different categories so customers get exactly what they need.

We booked this place because is a small bungalow type property within the big city. Our room was modern in great condition. Don’t expect 5 star but they have a lot of staff to help with everything. They clean the property daily it’s very clean.

The location is convenient if you need to be anywhere in Pasay. For a property in the center of the city, it's quaint and homey because of the garden and open area. Facilities are new. Downside, you can hear from the room beside yours. Overall, very nice accommodation, especially for those looking for a more quiet place as opposed to hotels.

The room was very clean. I loved the shower. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The staff were some of the most honest people I have ever come across. Breakfast served in the room was also very nice. The area around the hotel wasn’t the safest, but it is safe inside the property grounds. There is a small store beside the hotel to buy drinks and snacks, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. I would stay here again just based on the cleanliness and the staff.
