Overall, my stay at the Mannra was a good one. A few small issues were addressed by the staff quickly and politely. The front desk manager was personable and accommodating. If I return to Manila, I would stay at the Mannra again.

Staff excellent. Location great; easy to find and accessible. Room is okay for the price; affordable. Guard in place; felt the security I need. The bad side: cockroaches crawling in room i stayed; worst in bathroom sink- saw a lot as soon as i turned on the light, and occasional in bed. Scared to leave toiletries bag open; find it unhygienic/ unsanitary. I won't stay in this place again.
