"The hotel exceeded expectations! The staff was incredibly accommodating, and our room was spotless. A huge highlight was the pool area—it’s kept very clean and is incredibly instagrammable. Highly recommend!"

"Room (1 King Bed)- it is your basic room, it is decent sized and it’s comfortable. I wasn’t a fan of the shower handheld due to the water pressure felt very weak. I discovered the hotel pillows were purely dirty and stained, it’s always important to check your pillows and bed sheets for cleanliness. There were few times my linens were dirty (maybe it was just stains that cannot be removed). Overall, I’ve seen worse in my lifetime. I was upgraded to a new room due to the floor was being scheduled for maintenance. The upgrade was a very nice surprise, the suite room that has its own bedroom and washer and dryer, definitely loved it. Staff- nothing negative I would say, staff (everyone) were lovely and always welcoming, great example of hospitality. Gym/pool/Bar/roof top were great! Parking was great, my only suggestion I would wish instead of having to keep getting ticket validated, it would’ve been nice just having the room keycard be the parking access as well. Breakfast- I only did that once, I wasn’t impressed, I could’ve went on a bad day? I tried the chicken, sausages and some veggies and it tasted like room temperature and not even hot, I went exactly at 0600 time when food is freshly made? Not sure, but I didn’t care much for it nor did it ruin my stay, I typically don’t do hotel breakfasts."

"Staff unhelpful. Canceled 1 room through Expedia. They contacted the hotel multiple times without a response. I contacted them as well with other questions and no response. Booked an executive suite for the family and they tried putting them in a sub standard room with a broken TV. After contacting the front desk, they were moved into the suite later that night. Manager refused to help or give a credit because it was booked through Expedia. Not a trustworthy property."
