Everything was great. My only suggestion is to get someone to steam clean the carpets and furniture. mine were stained but enough to notice the wear.

The property was clean and the breakfast was good. The only thing that frustrates me at the beginning was, the receptionist did not put us in adjoining room when we checked in. I booked months ahead and they were not able to prepare for it. Until my friend, explained to the receptionist (new one) that we have not seen each other for a long time that we just want on adjoining room. I’m glad they were able to accommodate our request after the 3rd try. Hope manager can take a look on this kind of incident. Otherwise if it is not granted, we won’t be happy with our stay.

This was an absolute gem. Not the best pool side but not a big deal for me. I would have given it a highest score on cleanliness , but property should invest on window cleaning.

La verdad esperaba mejores instalaciones sobre todo la piscina y el fitness center. La piscina es una concesión del edificio y no hay ni siquiera sillas de piscina. El personal en general en toda la propiedad es muy amable y hace un esfuerzo por comunicarse en inglés!
