Nice staying
A pleasant staying of 3 nights. Spacious room and friendly staffs. Simple breakfast but different dishes every day. Great View to the city and MOA from 23th floor room.

Room wasn't clean properly. Floors were dirty and the room It had a very strong smell of pee. Every time we requested something we had to call twice and even up to three to get it. Once we didn't get it at all. Daily free water wasn't provided unless we called more than once to get it. At breakfast they have a side by side service but only one of them is available for the regular customers, the other one is for the other groups, please just do it in a different area, independent from the main hall. Their food was better than ours of course. This was our second time there. We're never going back....

Bed sheets have stain and very itchy. Towels need to be replace. already worn out. We request to change the bed sheet housekeeper also try their best but still have stained and old one.

It's so terrible! My shitties hotel ever. The staff are so unfriendly. The room are so dirty and so old the things too. The pillows stink and the air condition too and the water was falling down to the floor. The breakfast not even good.

Possibly last stay at the Atrium
Checkin was easy enough. I was 5hrs early for checkin and was asked 1500 pesos for early checkin. I decided I could wait and it only took 2hrs waiting till a room became available (still 3hrs early with no cost). When i got to my room there was no toilet paper but a call to reception had that solved in 15 minutes. Was told at checkin that there was going to be a change in management on the 25/08/2019 so changes are likely. The room was as expected apart from the aircon which took close to 30 minutes to get to turn on and the unit itself needed replacing really (maybe the new management can get this done). All in all for the price it was good (the free breakfast helped with that).

A little disappointed
I recommended this to my family because I had stayed here 2 years ago when my condo unit got flooded. And now for my family so they can rest properly in between their travel from south to north. They have late check in because of traffic and weather situation, they arrived 12 midnight. This gave the hotel ample time to prepare their room, apart from the fact that I went there at 8pm to confirm their arrival. Check in time usually is 12noon, I just want to asure Hotel that my relative are coming. But still, the room was not clean enough, table and floor are dusty. My family had to call reception for another towel because there is only 1 set of towel. I hope next time will be better.

古いHOTELだから部屋が暗い。セフティーBOXが壊れている。朝食が閉まる5分前に行くと食べるものが片付けられていた。ごはんとミートローフしかない。AKOの後で来たカップルも食べるものがない。AKOはパン一切れとコーヒーをのんで退散した

Overnight stay 26-27 Jul 2019
Only stayed on night in room 1908. Last trip was in 2014. Now under new management. New elevators, the rooms are remodeled. Bathtub was gone in my room and shower only. The brown water in the toilet bowl was now clear. The refrigerator was empty and didn't work. Only bath towels. Did have a pretty good TV and cable. I worked in the Army and it was much better than some places I've had to stay and it wasn't that expensive. It was across the street form the bus terminals and the LRT-1. Plenty of fast food and a 7-11 in the area. The free breakfast was ok. I think it was better the last time I stayed in 2014. On a scale of 1-10, I'd rate it in the 8-9 range. There is a shopping are in the building, but not "a mall." I chose to stay there for the transportation options.

I booked this hotel for my gf and however , she recorded an video for me and it freak me out . more like a 2 stars. towels yike, sofa yike and not sure if they change the bed sheet but it was dirty , my gf have to have them change it . breakfast was not good . area too noisy . I would not stay there and I free bad for booking a 9 nights for my gf to stay.

I am having great difficulty in trying to write something positive about this Hotel. From arriving early until I checked out it was not a pleasant experience. I did arrive early and as expected my room was not ready. They have a coffee shop next to reception and luckily I wasn't in a rush. 45 minutes to make a Latte coffee mainly due to stopping to ask questions from other guests and then the payment is made at reception. I was given my key 2 hours later and decided to have a shower. When I turned off the tap I discovered there was no towels. I phoned down and asked for towels. 30 minutes later I was still waiting and had to dry myself with a shirt. 2 Bath towels arrived, no hand towels and no bath mat. I then discovered the balcony door didn't open. 1 hour later the "Maintenance Man" arrived with no tools. He discovered there was a screw stopping it from opening. Away he went and arrived back 30 minutes later. In the morning I went down for Breakfast. I asked for 2 Poached eggs, and by looking at the expression on their faces I knew they hadn't a clue what they were. I then asked for Bacon, no bacon. Ok, I will just have fried eggs. Went to get a drink and asked where the Tea or Tea bags were, we don't do Tea, just coffee. I am a regular traveler and usually you can get a Tea bag and hot water, but not in this Hotel, a big first for me. Check out was ok. I went for a coffee as I had time, but no sugar. Waited 20 minutes for the sugar after being served my coffee,not good.

상당히 불만스러운건 수압이 너무 약해서 샤워하는데 큰 문제가 있다.,이렇게 수압이 약한 호텔은 처음. 수압때문에 방을 두번 옮겼는데 역시나다. 그리고 정말 이해가 안되는건 밖에서 맥주를 사오면 한병당 10페소 내라한다. 8병사들고 들어가는데 80페소 내라한다. 나참 기가막히다.주의에 편의점이 멀어서 좀 불편하다.호텔 바로앞에 구멍가게 하나 있는데 그나마 맥주 사들고 가는것도 스트레스다. 병당 10페소 왜 내야되는건지 난 이해 할 수 없다.
