「I arrived at the property at 2:30 pm and tried to check in. Since the check in time was 3:00 pm, they were going to charge me $50.00 additional to check in early. I can understand if the room was not ready that I may have to wait but just to check in before 3:00 pm is an extra charge...that's just petty.」

The coffee makers cord was too short to reach the outlet! And clean -- maybe not, considering huge accumulation of dead bugs in overhead light. Also, extremely weak water pressure in shower.
