「Ein absolute Schmuckstück, mitten in Palma! Mittendrin und dennoch ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war wunderschön und das Personal überaus zuvorkommend. Wenn es bald wieder nach Mallorca geht, werden wir zu 100 % wieder Gast in diesem Hotel sein. 」

「My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral. Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed.」

「My kid and I take 3 nights all inclusive in this hotel. Because the sea is still cold so we spend most of our time in the indoor pool. The hotel is very close to the beach. Food is very good and we really enjoy the food, room and the indoor pool.」

「The property was really quiet and in a very quiet village, with not much movement at all! It has nice facilities and the spa was also nice and private. 」

「(+)The hotel is about 200m away from central bus/train station, right next to the old town. A big shopping mall is in the opposite side as well. The room offers minibar with extra charge, free shampoo gel, hand soap, body milk hair gel and water boiler. However there is no toothbrush and toothpaste. The mattress is comfortable, not too hard or too soft. The staff was friendly and kind. (-)The breakfast is good but it keeps same almost everyday. The sound insulation is pretty bad at least for...

「Very happy with this hotel. Found the staff to be friendly, the cleanliness was exceptional and the facilities very good. The pool is quite small and was very cold when we visited but overall it's still a nice pool area and in peak season must be really handy to have. I'd be very happy to return to Hotel Costa Azul」
