「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with 」

「Había una cucaracha muerda en el piso. Baño sucio. Alfombra pagajosa de lo sucio realmente un asco tengo fotos y videos. Todo en el baño oxidado. Los gabinetes viejo rotos sucios mal pintado. La puerta del baño blanca pero horrible sucia. El TV no se conectaba al wifi solo TV canales locales. Tuve que comprar dos aromatizadores Glade para poder eliminar el mal olor a sucio y polvo. Mi hija no podía dormir de la alergia. De verdad fue la peor experiencia que he tenido. Un asco de hotel. Las fotos...

「Marjorie refused me and my soccer team reservation Reserved 8 rooms at this location and cancelled the reservation at 1:30 in the morning after we travelled 4 hours.. she was very rude me and my adult chaperones had to find hotels at 2-3am in the morning because she refused. Never had this experience with any hotel and she gave us a very unwelcoming experience.. My families from my academy will be always posting reviews and comments about this experience. We saw homeless and drunk people...

「We found a big cockroach dead on the floor in tge bathroom. I informed the front desk, and they came to remove it. Also informed us that pest control was there a few days prior. They apologized but we were not offered another room. The room was clean besides that! We checked every corner of the room and could not find anything else. We were disappointed with the experience. 」

「The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.」

「First got there, they demanded a $100 deposit, which i was already aware of but the attitude was horrible. We got to our room and it was dirty, trash everywhere and the bed un made so we got moved to a different room, which was clean but the lights didn’t work, wifi was out, and the toilet didn’t flush.. the hand was completely broken.. so we just left cause it was 2hrs already and it was getting frustrating.」
