「The facility and staff were excellent. My only gripe is the mandatory valet parking. I like to have access to my vehicle at all times. Otherwise, a top notch facility. I would definitely recommend it.」

「I reported the AC issue on the first day. I was told it was functioning normally, but the constant noise made it difficult to rest. We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「Old property, i had to change my room twice because if leakages. The staff was good and they cooperated but i dont think ill ever book holiday inn again.」

「Accommodations were average. I thought the rooms need an update with bedding and mattresses. We had a suite and the pull out couch mattress was really bad. We were going to go to another hotel, but they gave us a room with double beds at a reduced rate...so hard to pass that up. With a teenager, you sometimes want some space and I know they want it as well. Manager was good to work with 」

「We loved this hotel for a family trip. The beach is literally just steps away, which made everything so convenient. Everything was clean, the staff was good, and there are plenty of nearby restaurants.」

「Not really a beach view. The beach is very close, just across the street but you cannot see the beach from this room. The pool was okay. Nothing great but not terrible either.」

「The room was adorable, freshly updated. The front desk was super helpful and the location was the best. Only about a mile from Bridge street. The room had a gulf view with beautiful sunsets.」

La puerta del baño blanca pero horrible sucia. El TV no se conectaba al wifi solo TV canales locales. Tuve que comprar dos aromatizadores Glade para poder eliminar el mal olor a sucio y polvo.
