"The only complaint we had is that there was only 1 elevator working at the time of our stay..otherwise the rooms were spacious, comfortable bed, the housekeeping staff wonderful."

"Front desk receptionist was great and gave us warm cookies so good and very professional. It was a nice treat . The shower by the sauna was broke and the water pressure in the bathroom was terrible in the shower . The hotel alone and room was clean and updated very nice stay the fire pit really nice and the restaurant too"

"They seem to be short staffed (on transport and hotel restaurant). Hotel also has problems with “HVAC noise”. Request for room change not uncommon. This last trip my room was perfect!"

"The pool is located in à covered area between 2 buildings and the pool’s “deck” is in the parking lot! The hotel is much too expensive for what it offers! Continental breakfast was meager at best!"
