「Clean facilities, right on the beach, lovely pool area, rooms are spacious and very well maintained」

「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「A decent place for the price. The rooms were clean, however; the showers and HVAC need updating. We had to change rooms due to the beds being very cold and wet from condensation. They put an air purifier in but the next day the filter needed to be replaced. There was no maintenance so Claudia from the front desk changed our room. She was very nice and helpful. Overall, it has a lot for families with kids. big arcade, free breakfast, pool and tiki bar with live bands. Close to the airport.」
