"There are plenty of places to charge devices, the pillows are ridiculously comfortable, everything is clean and new. Loved the pool table downstairs and availability of items at the in-hotel store. The pool and gym looked good, but we didn't have time to use them. The TV was much nicer than most hotels and it has Apple TV as well as availability of other services that you can sign into. Quiet area with no issues during our stay. Only thing that I would recommended improving is the quality of toilet paper as it was very stiff. Thanks for a great stay!"

In fact I went to them before booking on Hotels.com and the person was indifferent if they had a room for me or not and suggested I look online rather than help me.
