First Landing Beach Resort and Villas
10/10 Excellent
"First Landing was the perfect place for my group of 5 to stay for two weeks! The staff were warm and friendly, and we especially enjoyed Tavola, our housekeeper, and Jerry, our waiter. They made our trip so fun!! The shows at the resort were very entertaining. The food at the restaurant was delicious every day. Our two bedroom beachfront villa was well maintained and comfortable for the 5 of us. The beach was great, and you can swim in the channel, even during low tide. The reef was so interesting and full of creatures. The snorkeling at the edge of the reef was phenomenal. The kayaks were very stable and fun. Any problems we encountered were quickly resolved by the staff. The gardens throughout the resort were beautiful. This resort is wonderful and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to be a little way away from the big crowds and city. If we’re lucky enough to get to go back to Fiji, we will be staying at First Landing again!!"

"Always go for a beach-front villa if you can - waking up to views of the lapping waves is delightful. Other villas back onto the walkway so can be a little less private as people walk past your door The water pressure in teh shower was very low however that could be to be expected on a remote island and wasn't a huge issue. The water was always warm/hot as you need."

"Wonderful resort!! The staff were amazing! Warmth and hospitality was unrivaled. One staff member named Save was so kind to my son and spent many hours with him during our stay. Breakfast buffet is amazing. The staff go above and beyond. We also enjoyed scuba, sailing, kayak and paddle boarding all at the water sports area. Beautiful property & resort overall."
