"Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good."

I already thought the rate was overpriced for what you got, but after seeing all the extra fees upon check out, I would have chosen a different hotel for our nightly stay. "Everything was great best place to stay in Memphis. I enjoyed staying in an apartment over a hotel or motel. The room was clean. The heated bed was a plus. Will tell anytime going to Memphis to stay here"

"The room was very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and easy to talk to. The breakfast was fresh every morning and we were about a ten to fifteen minute walk from all festivities. Parking was a outside not a garage, but it was gated in with one way in and out. It felt very safe. I Can not complain ,rather park in the open at the hotel instead of the dark garages that people had to pay for. I really enjoyed my stay. Will be coming back. "
