「We upgraded to Red Level, which was worth it because of the room upgrade, breakfast was included and the lounge facilities that included free drinks (beers, cava, wines and soft drinks with nibbles) and tapas from 1700-1900 each day. We had a great view of the marina, bay and the cathedral in the distance. Very friendly staff, who were more than helpful. 」

「I wanted to like this property so bad but we had lots of issues to begin with. We got switched from room to room due to issues with AC ( our first night in Mallorca, slept with no AC and it was hell), water flooding in the bathrooms, lack of proper cleaning (floors dirty consistently), bedsheets were rough and itchy-some dort of cheap linen and overall a subpar breakfast experience with no real chefs in the kitchen.
