Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité de bénéficier gratuitement d’une Audi Q6 e-tron pendant une journée. Le personnel est très agréable et attentionné. Une délicate attention pour mon anniversaire, avec du champagne et des macarons, a rendu le séjour encore plus plaisant. Seul petit point...

「酒店地點位於半山, 山下附近有一個大商場,走路上去至少要十分鐘,如果有小朋友同老人絕對不會推薦,除非有車代步.房間暖氣被關掉花費了很久才被解決,因為前台晚上值班只有一個人.泳池看起來不錯,健身房要走出泳池才可以去到,沒有跟酒店連在一起.早餐不過不失,房間不大兩個人剛好夠用衛生情況滿意」

「My mum and I had the most wonderful stay, everything was perfect. Every member of staff was beyond helpful and kind, the room was lovely - the beds super comfy. Fabulous location very near the shops and cathedral. Breakfast gorgeous - so much choice. Spotlessly clean. Recommend a day trip to Soller - its 45 minutes away and you won't be disappointed.」

「We visited Palma de Mallorca on a family trip and stayed at Nakar Hotel for three nights. This is a really nice and clean hotel. It is right in the perimeter of the city centre, walking distance to patas in the city centre, the cathedral and seafront. Well managed with swimming pool (though a bit small) on rooftop, restaurant on 8/F, another swimming pool, a spa and sauna at basement level. Staff are polite, food are good. Worth the pennies. If you really want me to pick a flaw, I would...

「The staff was amazingly professional and customer orientated!!!! We had a little situation with the original tour of the city, no fault of the staff! Though I was a bit disappointed, they went above and beyond themselves in reassuring us that there were other ways to see the city and to enjoy ourselves. Sandra was most accommodating and truly an asset to the hotel.」

「Very happy with this hotel. Found the staff to be friendly, the cleanliness was exceptional and the facilities very good. The pool is quite small and was very cold when we visited but overall it's still a nice pool area and in peak season must be really handy to have. I'd be very happy to return to Hotel Costa Azul」
