「The hotel is fine - I would struggle to say 5 star. The pool is nice but by a busy road and the terrace is lovely with great views over the port. We booked a cathedral view room but there was a massive palm tree in the way as we were on the 1st floor. However, there is no free water in the room - you have to use the mini bar at €5 per bottle. Our room was not serviced in the morning when we were out. When it was eventually serviced after I called the maid barged passed us as we were trying...

「El hotel cuenta con lo suficiente si solo lo usas para dormir y durante el día estás visitando la ciudad y las playas. El perdón al fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el anuncio decía que el hotel contaba con muebles (camastros y sombrillas) y acceso a la playa directo y esto no fue así, la playa más cercana queda a 10-15 min caminando y tampoco te ofrecen los servicios prometido en la playa.」

「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. 「Breakfast was quite varied but disappointed with the tea and coffee. There is no barista style coffee and waiters bring a pot of coffee (bad coffee in my opinion). If you would like an English tea then there is no cold milk for this and it is very difficult to find someone who understands and then you to wait a very long time if you ask a waiter for something.
