「Manager of the hotel is an absolute crook. Booked a room for 2 people, they only had a room for 1- manager refuses to acknowledge any fault or refund the difference in price. On top of that rooms are extremely musty. 」

「Wij komen hier al jaren. Een fijn, klein ,wel wat verouderd maar proper hotel op een zeer goede locatie. Rustig aan het zwembad maar, je mag ook gebruik maken van het zwembad van Amaragua, dat je bereikt via een doorgang. Ik mis wel de betrokkenheid en vriendelijkheid van het vorige personeel. Dit personeel is wel klaar om te helpen als je erom vraagt maar, als je zelf niet groette bij het binnenkomen, keken ze zelfs niet op. De poetsvrouwen daarentegen doen hun werk uitstekend en zijn heel...

「Check-in und Check-out super einfach. Das Zimmer war gut und mit Waschbecken, Spiegel, Stuhl, großem Schrank, TV und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was nicht gut war, war, dass die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte. Also konnte ich sie nur mit dem Knopf aus- und einschalten. Die Bäder sind gut und sauber, und was gut ist, ist, dass es keine Bäder mit mehreren Kabinen gibt, sondern Einzelkabinen. Ein Stern abgezogen, weil die Zimmertüren nicht schallgedämmt sind.
