「I booked the hotel from third tourist website and paid. When checked out, the receiption told me there are no payment from expedia. I thought it might be and paid again as in hurry. 「First night was great sleep. Second night was every 2 hours noise of people shouting and talking corridor and saying bye and hello to each other apparently this place gets filled with wedding reception due to venues nearby I asked reception to control noise and they did help but sleep was gone Room is clean , duvers are clean but towels were a bit weary and smelly/oily Food was ok. 「This was the first time I tried lemon tree hotel chain, and it was highly maintained and very nice ambience. The staff is very supportive and food of restaurant is awesome. 「The location was what made Me book this property. They have a good restaurant too. that's where all the good things end. We had contacted the hotel about an early check-in and had confirmed it but when we reached there we were told it's not available and we reached there to pay Rs.8000 for three hours early to check in when the room cost is Rs.4000 per day.
