「***RUN WHILE YOU CAN My bed had little black bugs all over it. The room had a pungent odor and it is very noisy. When I confronted the receptionist about the bugs, bugs started crawling on the counter as she casually squashed them and flicked them away as to not have evidence disrupting our wonderful conversation. I didn't stay and had to go and check into another hotel. I requested a refund but unfortunately even though they said they would FULLY refund but had to go thru expedia, they are...

「The air conditioning barely worked, and the room was full of ants! I put food in the fridge overnight and woke up to it covered in ants inside the fridge! Disgusting 」

「Hotel was the worst ever. No front desk after 5pm. Rooftop restaurant closed permanently. Pool dirty with floating dead animals. Beds were extremely hard. Wet moldy smell throughout hotel. No clean towels or soap. No house keeping to sweep filthy foors. Just a dirty hotel. Dont stay here」

「Highly recommend. It was excellent. Restaurants nearby, not far from the market and the Clark International airport. Swimming pool is big enough for hotel guests. Peaceful environment. Staff are warm, friendly and respectful. Mr Carter is cool and nice. Thank you all and hope to see you all next time. 」
