"It is extremely quiet. The personal is very kind and helpful and they did our laundry service for free. They are always willing to help and to make you pleasant it was a wonderful stay. "Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

"Our time at elephant Friends in Mae Wang was excellent. It was all that we expected and more. The staff is very attentive and polite. Be prepared to walk a bridge from the reception area to your room! It's actually quite cool. I had expected it since I saw it on a YouTube video. However, they will also let you know that as well. If you're expecting the city scape, this is not the place for you! This is rural living at its finest! River flowing, mountains in the landscape, trees, and oh, elephants! Those huge gentle animals. You can see that they are content! You will not be disappointed if you choose this place as a destination. "
