Everything great except the food

The hotel is gorgeous, the customer service is really nice. Main issues are that it's not really near anything and the food at the hotel restaurant is not good.

We stayed there two nights. Check-in was easy, and Sue was fabulous. The free breakfast was very good. We went swimming in the pool, which was clean and refreshing. We ate there for dinner, and this was convenient and very good as well. The only complaint we have is that the room had a strong odor as if it had just been bug sprayed and the water pressure was not that great. Other than that, it was reasonable at an affordable price.

Really enjoy my 3day stay, very quiet and peaceful (surrounded by trees). Spacious room. Friendly English speaking front desk. Though wifi connection can be improved esp during the night time (where usage high, connection speed abit slow).

Beautiful and serene hotel about 25 min drive outside Chiang Mai city center. The pictures dont do the garden and outdoor lounge areas justice. This place is gorgeous. Rooms are very spacious and clean. The only negative issue we had was very slow (25-35min) wait on absolutely anything from the kitchen, even a fried appetizer. Even when our group of 4 was the only table in restaurant. So be very prepared and patient. The food is super delicious when it comes. Because this hotel is not really close to anything else you kinda have to deal with their restaurant or get a car to someplace else. No hard liquor only beer and wine available, just fyi. Byob! I would stay here again but with the understanding i need to order food long before i get hungry. Friendly staff, relaxing location. We did 3 nights here and 2 in the city to explore the night market. Perfect balance.

Beautiful property. A little outside of CNX proper so taxis will cost a bit more and you’re away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but grounds are stunning

The location is near Chiang Mai Night Safari and it is quite a secluded place. You have to rely on Grab to get around. The restaurant closes at 3 pm and you have to travel out to eat. It is even not on the Grab map. Grab drivers have difficulties locating it. It is a nice place for greenery and a quiet retreat. The staff are nice and helpful.
