"Not what i was expecting for $273 USD. The furniture and accessories were cheap or old (apart from a brand new refrigerator). There was construction right next to our room and our view consisted of a few trees, a tired, old, swimming pool some distant mountains and a giant construction site. "Overall it’s a nice place. Especially the design and the atmosphere. Very beautiful outdoors. I would call it five-ish stars hotel. The cleanliness of the sheets could to better (see photos of the mattress Skirt or the napkin in the room) but I can’t say it bothered me enough to ask to replace it. "Booked here very last minute due to a change in plans, and ended up LOVING the stay. From the moment you’re greeted out front to the minute you leave, everyone is so pleasant and friendly. The rooms, atmosphere, pool area, and dining are STUNNING, and the staff is so attentive and amazing. Room service was so amazing, and the cleaning was immaculate. They even found out we had a birthday to celebrate and brought a cake to our room. I would always recommend! "

"If you’re heading to Chiang Mai do yourself a favor and stay at this hotel. 10 minutes from the airport and within a 1 mile or less walk of anything you need. They do an excellent job with laundry for 50 TB per kilo (2.2lbs). Only 5 floors with an excellent elevator. The AC was excellent. The beds were comfortable. The showers have heaters right there and they work perfectly. The cleaning staff was great. The place, the whole place, was immaculately clean. Immaculately clean! The pool was wonderful. Super clean. They have toast, jams, and coffee machines & tea in the morning. Theres a set of dumbbell weights and a sit-up bench that you can use. There’s 3 very inexpensive and good restaurants just a 2 minute walk away. The lady running this family owned hotel is named Ann. She’s wonderful! Super helpful. On top of all this the hotel is very affordable. Anyway, this hotel was wonderful! We will be back. We feel blessed to have stayed there. We stayed 10 nights and absolutely loved every second of it. "
