"First of all you have to keep in mind that 3Pok Resort Maewang Jinxing its not a Resort. 3 Pok It's far from the city. You are going to be in contact with nature. There's a river very close to the property in which you can walk by. You have to like nature, and animals to stay here, otherwise you ain't going to be happy. There's several dogs that like to accompany you wherever you go 😅 Said that, the room is a small and basic hut. There is nothing fancy about the place. The staff it's kind and friendly, and the food is good. We paid for the elephant experience in the morning, which was the reason for staying here, and it was amazing!"

"The Internet was a lil stagnant sometimes ,but my zoom meetings & webinars were still completed 🤗. Gum has just enough for a good workout 🏋‍♀️, honestly for the price of this place it’s an excellent experience "

"Room was not acceptable - the beds were made but looked crumpled and like someone slept in them or they were just not made properly, the curtains were broken. The older gentleman at the desk is most kind but the hotel is rundown, perhaps he is the only one running it, making beds, etc. I did not stay or even asked for a refund. Just booked a nice room in old town Chiang Mai. "

"The room itself was actually really nice but everything else was terrible. There is no front desk to check-in. You show up at some old vacant building and have to walk a 100 yards down to the main buildings. In building 2 there is a small desk but the lady didnt know why we were there and told us we had to call the # on the reservation from Expedia. We called multiple times and the call wouldnt connect. We walked around for 15 minutes trying to figure out where to go. Then some lady that was out front of one of the buildings came up to us and asked us why we were there and then said she could check us in. Our first night we had no hotwater, we had to take cold showers. Then the next day we came back from a long excursion and still no hot water. We called and messaged the lady multiple times and she finally sent someone to fix the hot water. 5 minutes after the guy left, the water line in the bathroom exploded and the whole bathroom flooded! I had to find the water valves to shut the water off. The water line was under the bathroom sink so It soaked me when it blew up with cold and steaming hot water. I called the main number multiple times and sent several texts and nobody responded for over an hour! I then called Expedia's customer service and they attempted to call the number as well and no one would pick up. About 1.5 hours later someone came to replace the broken hose then left without cleaning up the water. We asked for a refund two days ago and still no response."

"Room was very dirty. Bed was like sleeping on a rock. Shower had not been cleaned in many months or even longer. There was mold growing everywhere. The breakfast is not as pictured in photos on website. No western food except lukewarm fried eggs and toast. No juice boxes like in picture. There was a lot of noise from two different construction sites outside of my window. All day bang, bang, bang. This hotel is extremely isolated. No restaurants or shopping in sight. No way to get anywhere except pay for a taxi each way. That can get expensive. Unless you have a car and don’t mind a dirty room. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT IT!! "
