"Great location, good services, cleanness"

"Great staff! They spoke enough English that we were able to pay for late check-out in person in cash(yen). But overall the tablet check-in was easy and the room was amazing! 10/10 would stay again. The room was spacious with 4 beds, and a community area, washer/dryer, and a large tub compared to APA hotels with no space.."

"The staff communicated in excellent English in our email conversations, the check in process consisted of an email telling me the lock box code for the key box, and the building and room looked exactly as pictured. The room was clean, well kept, and comfortable. The small one burner kitchenette would be nice for travelers looking to save a yen or two on food, but the area around the station has a great variety of great places to eat, a supermarket, and even a KFC and McD’s (with a Mister Donut...

"Very comfortable location right beside a family mart and an entrance to the metro. I was initially worried as I read reviews claiming the check-in process was unintuitive but it’s very straightforward provided you follow the instructions given to you. Lots of amenities provided. Washroom was very nice and spacious and has settings that dry your clothes after you wash them."

"In unit laundry is so incredibly convenient like you have no idea, especially when it's this humid and your clothes soak through as soon as you go outside. Really great room and very comfortable."

"The property was very clean and spacious compared to some of the hotels in Japan. Very close to Dotombori and convenient stores. Good location. We really enjoyed the coffee shop next to the hotel. Overall, great place to stay."

"Super clean. Convinient. Metro system very clouse"

"This place is incredibly nice. You will not be disappointed staying here, I promise. It’s in a perfect area as well. "

"Best place I’ve stayed in Japan!!!"

"We loved our stay at the Nipponbashi Art Hotel in Osaka. Our room was very clean and spacious - like a mini apartment. Our host was very quick to respond and even helped us forward our luggage on to Kyoto for our next stop during our trip. The location was also very good. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Tammy :)"

"Great room and greatly enjoyed there!"

"Great location. The room was very adequate for us."

"The room was nice and clean. The bed was extra comfortable and the bathroom was spacious."

"It was very relaxed and the beds were comfy. Great if your just looking for a room to crash in while you sightsee and also decent price"

"Room is clean, near tourist spots, secure and easy check in. Complete amenities in the kitchen and laundry available."

"Spacious and in a great location to sightsee around Dotonbori and easy access to the metro."

"Good location. Other than that, so far so good "

"This is a great place to stay, close to 3 stations for exploring. The apartment had everything we needed, 5 out of 5, would highly recommend."

"Close to Dotonbori, clean room, many shops around, host very easy to talk to, smooth check in and check out."

"We arrived before check-in time, front desk helped us with pre-check in and stored our luggage. Room is very roomy for a Japanese hotel and the bed is big and comfy. Location is close to everything. If we ever go back to Osaka, will definitely stay there again."
