「The staff were all very kind happy and welcoming. Excellent facilities in the apartment. Very spacious outdoor areas sec9nd pool area was a surprise thought there was only 1 and so very quiet. 」

「A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. 」

「This was a lovely hotel, extremely clean, good lifts, staff friendly and helpful, just across the road from the beach, a few good restaurants close by. I would be happy to stay here as a lone traveller as it appeared to be very safe. We used hotel for one overnight stay as we were flying back next day. It is literally 10 - 12 mins from airport. I highly recommend this hotel if staying in Arracife.」

「Ocean and Pool view as advertised. From 4th floor also beautiful view our back of hotel as you enter or leave your room. Breakfast menu good. Nightly entertainment was fun. Room clean and maid came in every day.」

「We are regulars there. and are back again in April. The hotel is huge, in a quiet, out of town location and can have 500-800 guests at a time. Lots of free parking. It is being refurbished from 6th floor down. Communal chairs and tables are mostly new. The Spa needs massive investment to re-open so don't rely on it being open soon. Food is OK and was slightly better than it was in November but they cant do miracles at the price points they offer. Fish dishes are good. They cater to guests from...

「Property is right on the beach giving it good location. However it should be noted that swimming has been prohibited since October 2025 due to pollution. All staff very polite although Marcella in the cafe bar stands out for excellent service. 」
