「I had a very satisfying stay at The Cliff Lodge at Snowbird. The complimentary shuttle to Alta was a great convenience, and the on-site facilities—including the restaurant, café, ski lockers, and ski services—were all excellent. The ski-in/ski-out access was especially convenient and enhanced the overall experience. The only minor drawback was that the café closed a bit earlier than expected.」

「We booked 7 nights for ski. When we realized there is no snow and we decided to leave early. We called the management on the 1st night and ask if we can have partial refund for the rest of the days. The manager, Ethan told us there is no discuss on this. So basically we wasted at least 4 nights without actually staying in. Very upset about this attitude.」
