「No Hot-water」

「The cafeteria closed the kitchen Sunday at 3:00 P.M. ; offering only coffee and drinks. On Monday it was closed all together. Monday morning was our checkout; the front desk was closed and did not open until 9:00 A M. This was after I had a housekeeping member call. The soap dispenser in the shower is no longer used, so they offfered us these tiny hand hand soaps instead.」

「They seem to be understaffed. You have one person managing the front desk and the bar area simultaneously. When you can get anyone to help you the staff is courteous. The front desk closed at night. Be sure to have everything you need before they close for the night!」

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

The staff was extremenly friendly and helpful and happy that you are there! Amaury served us breakfast and he was so pleasant and energetic! Jamise at the bar was over the top! 「It was a very friendly, clean and well maintained Hotel. The bed was very comfortable. The staff made sure that the room was cleaned and fresh towels in the bathroom. I can’t comment on the bar due to I don’t drink alcohol. My overall experience was extremely satisfied with this hotel. Thanks for everything Turtle Bay Inn Staff. 」
