「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「We had a comfortable 2 nights here. It’s very expensive to stay here - breakfast was $26 per person and evening meals were on the pricey side. The bar meals were good but had limited hours. We were disappointed that the beach wasn’t great. It was very busy over the weekend. We would consider staying here again but would check other options. 」

「Lo único que me gustó fue el clima. Sería bueno mejorar la iluminación, áreas comunes con pobre iluminación. Cabañas sucias y telas de arañas. Falta de toallas para manos y cara. Desayuno a lo confinado. Menú único para todos sin opción. La atención en el mostrador pobre, con muy pocos deseos de atender al huésped. Falta de asesoramiento en cuanto dónde ir o que visitar.」

「I was very disappointed with my stay. Was not what I saw in the pictures! Never again! From mice to roaches, mold, ceiling chips falling on your head. And ridiculous Rules! 」

「Saludos El hotel no estaba mal en cuestión al servicio al cliente que fue excelente por la joven que nos recibió, su decoración estaba muy bonita , pero las facilidades dentro del cuarto no eran las adecuadas, primero los olores eran fuertes, al parecer las alfombras tenían un mal olor, el calentador agua nunca funcionó, las camas se sentía los alambres. De mi parte no vuelvo.」
