「The place was not just a hotel but a lovely venue for weddings. There was a wedding everyday. The food was delicious. The country view was very relaxing. Will definitely go back again!」

「The hotel has been refurbished since the last time I stayed. The rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and friendly, particularly the young man who checked us in. The only downside for me was paying for parking. As a resident I think parking should have been free. That said I had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to stay again nor recommend to friends.」

「We booked a 2 night stay for our 9th wedding anniversary and we couldn't have been happier. So happy in fact that on checkout we actually went back inside for one more coffee before leaving. The Bruce Suite was immaculate and perfect. Little touches wishing us best wishes on our anniversary with a prosecco on arrival, a card and even little touches when having our evening dinner meal. 「The room was great, very clean and spacious, nicely furnished. We booked for 4 adults but the room that was booked for us was for 3 adults and 1 child. The staff was able to sort it out promptly by offering us another room, however something that might be worth calling about for the future. Breakfast was great, and in very good location!」

「Stayed here Mon-Fri. My initial opinion of this place was very good. Staff were very friendly and appeared efficient. Check-in was easy. Rooms are very good with a ceiling fan and additional tower fan in the room which was helpful during the recent spell of hot weather. Breakfast was good. Couldn’t connect my laptop to their wifi so had to use mobile network. Food in the restaurant was good and delivered piping hot but service is slow and food is a bit pricey. 「The resort was clean throughout & our room was very good but sadly the beds & pillows were too hard for me resulting in disturbed sleep but this was just my experience as my husband thought they were very good. The reception staff were very good but unfortunately the breakfast staff were not as efficient. Every morning we had to ask for a table to be cleared & set for us even though it was not busy when we came for breakfast. I also had to ask for sugar for the table twice as only sweetener was...
