I want to formally express my dissatisfaction with my stay, as the experience was completely unacceptable and very different from what was advertised at the time of booking. The hotel does not meet basic standards of safety or cleanliness. During the night, a stranger knocked on my window looking for someone else, which created a very unsafe and alarming situation, especially since I was traveling with children. This is completely unacceptable. Additionally, the property is in very poor condition: it appears run-down, with damaged floors, no WiFi, and there were insects (we found a cockroach in the room). The surrounding area also feels unsafe and does not match the photos shown during the reservation process. I attempted to cancel the reservation upon arrival, but due to the late hour and the fact that I was traveling with two children, I had no immediate alternative. I had also booked two rooms. This situation constitutes false advertising and a serious failure to meet basic safety and quality standards. Therefore, I request a proper review of my case and an appropriate resolution, including a refund or compensation. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances.

WiFi did not work. Hotel is in a tough area. Front desk lady was very nice but the front desk was closed between 11pm and 7am. Hotel room was clean.

The room wasn't the cleanest but it was good enough for the last minute stay I needed. The building looked and smelled like it was nearly abandoned. There was smoking and other unsavory smells all throughout the buildings even though I purchased a non-smoking room. My deposit was kept due to ink on the sheets that was there when I got there. Would not recommend!

The only time I’ve ever been actually completely scammed by a hotel, they promised by email twice my 75 year old father would have access to his room at midnight, the lobby was more than closed it was taped up and in renovations. None of the photos from the Expedia listing match the actual facility. And they refuse to issue a refund. Call center employees rude foreigners that hang up on you. Just a complete scam. 0 stars
