"The place is very difficult to find ! Drug dealers and prostitute in the area. Not very family friendly ….. Then, it was good and the appartement is new but lot of things need to be improved : - AC remote control was broken so 30degrees with 4 kids is acceptable - broken shower (no pressure and leak) - no coffee pods or tea sachet for breakfast - broken ustensile - extra cost of 90€ for cleaning for 1 night "

The actual short walkway street it is on, maybe a little shady at night, but off a main street, so all good. Front desk staff very nice. 15 min easy walk from main train station Principle....
